Banana Swiss Roll Protein Balls

Banana infused protein balls with a hint of chocolate and vanilla, sounds too good to be true?! Make yours in less than 5 minutes!



  • Mash the banana in a small bowl and add the chocolate vegan blend and linseed, mixing until thick.
  • Once mixed, press the mixture into a small foil-lined container until flat.
  • Next, mix the peanut butter and vanilla vegan blend together and press it over the chocolate layer.
  • Roll the mixture tightly into a log then slice it like a swiss roll.
  • Roll each slice into individual small balls until they have a smooth firm texture.
