Brioche Bread & Peanut Butter Pudding

Bread and butter pudding just got a GN upgrade! Try this as your next cheat day meal, you can thank us later.

3 large brioche buns

200g Peanut Butter Deluxe
150ml almond milk
1 egg
1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
200ml Pro Crunch Spread


1. Slice in half 3 brioche buns and layer in a deep baking dish

2. Melt the Peanut Butter Deluxe and pour over the buns

3. Mix together the almond milk, egg and powdered peanut butter

4. Pour over the buns and leave to soak for 20 minutes

5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 175 degrees

6. Melt the Pro Crunch Spread and drizzle on the top

7. Enjoy!
