170g plain flour (plus more for rolling)

60g unflavoured whey 80

110g 0% geek yogurt

5g baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Cook off a filling of choice. I used low fat meat balls and some home made tomato sauce. The filling must be cooked first as the base will burn.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients before adding the yogurt.
  4. Mix it well. It’s hard work.
  5. If mixture is very sticky add flour until it mixes to resemble a dough.
  6. Roll into a circle.
  7. Put your cooked filling in the centre.
  8. Seal the edges with a wet finger. Tiny amount of water’s required.
  9. Put on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 mins or until browned.
