GN Skillet Cookie

30g Whey Protein 80

1 tbs plain flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

2 tbs almond milk

1 egg

1 Tbs Pro Crunch Spread

1 Tbs brown sugar

Choc chips


  1. Preheat oven to 160c fan and prepare a skillet.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. Add the egg and sugar in a separate bowl and mix well. Then add the rest of the wet and mix well.
  4. Combine both mixes and mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips
  6. Bake for 8-12 mins. Make sure it’s nice and gooey.
  7. Top and smash.
