Microwave Cake

Fancy a quick high protein, craving busting treat?…Yeah me too! Try this simple, delicious and guilt free recipe this winter.


  1. 35g SR flour
  2. 15g Whey Protein 80
  3. 7g cocoa
  4. 1 egg white
  5. 45ml almond/hazelnut milk
  6. 5ml coconut oil


  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add all the wet and mix well again.
  3. Pour into a large ramekin.
  4. Put in the microwave for 45-60 secs
  5. Serve with whatever fits your macros and eat!
