Chocolate Banana Protein Bread Stack

If you have a little bit of spare time over the weekend then we implore you to give this protein banana bread recipe a whirl!

  1. Preheat your oven to 170C.
  2. Blend the oats into a coarse texture with added cinnamon.
  3. In one bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, whey, cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate chips) and mix.
  4. Add the water and dates to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, smash the bananas with a fork until smooth, add the eggs and the date water.
  6. Combine both the wet and dry ingredients and mix.
  7. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture in.
  8. Bake for ~35minutes until a toothpick comes out dry.
  9. Cut into 8 slices and eat it all…
