Protein Flapjack Mix

Each 200g recipe mix contains a phenomenal 96g of the highest quality whey protein concentrate, a large proportion of your low GI carbohydrates and even some inulin for digestive health. A brilliantly balanced mix to create a great tasting easy to make snack.


  • 4tbsp honey
  • 4tbsp skimmed milk
  • 4tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter (melted)
  • 200g flapjack mix serving

Mix all ingredients together, bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and leave to cool before enjoying a slice!
