Protein, Oats and Fruit Smoothie

Are you in a rush or do you simply want a quick and simple meal with great macros and a great taste? Then try this protein smoothie in less than 3 minutes!

Ingredients:

1 Banana (or any other fruit)

1 scoop of GoNutrition Whey Protein 80

100g of GoNutrition Pure Fine Oats

300-400ml of water

A handful of ice

Put each of these ingredients into a blender one by one and blend until fully mixed. You can find the macros for this smoothie below and this recipe is easy to change to your diet. Example, if you require less carbs, simply add less GoNutrition Pure Fine Oats to the mix.

Total macronutrients (based on amounts used above):

Calories – 549kcal

Protein – 30.6g

Carbohydrates – 93.2g

Fat – 8.75g
