Vegan Cookie Dough and Coconut Brownies
Cookie dough and brownies have never looked so yummy! Check out the recipe to create your own little treat to serve up with a scoop of chilled ice cream (or two).
Cookie Dough
- 1tbsp Syrup
- 1tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3tbsp All Purpose Flour (or coconut)
- Handful Of 80% Dark Chocolate Callets
Mix all ingredients together, leave to chill in the fridge for 2 hours and serve up with your Coconut Brownie chunks.
Coconut Brownie
- 50g Syrup
- 120g Soy Milk
- 20g Cacao Powder
- 80g Coconut Sugar
- 110g Coconut Flour
- 10g Coconut Flakes
- 3/4tbsp Baking Powder
- 15 Drops Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together until you have a well mixed consistency. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and leave to chill before serving up with your Cookie Dough. Coconut flakes can be added into the mixture or used as a topping.
